SquadCP (Squad Command Panel) is a Discord bot and web dashboard that manages whitelist access for Squad game servers. The service allows server administrators to configure role-based whitelist tiers and generate RemoteAdminList files.
You sign in using your Discord account via OAuth2. We do not create separate accounts or store passwords. Your access level is determined by your Discord roles within your server.
SquadCP is currently invite-only. Access is available to members of the communities that use SquadCP; if you are not a member of one of those communities, you will not be able to sign in. Access follows your Discord server membership and may change or be revoked if that membership changes.
We store your Discord user ID, username, server memberships, and any Steam64 or EOS IDs you submit. We also store audit logs of whitelist actions.
SquadCP sets a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and uses no tracking or advertising cookies. See our Privacy Policy for full details on the data we collect and how we use it.
You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for any illegal purpose. Server administrators are responsible for managing their community's whitelist appropriately.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the service for any reason, including violation of these terms.
SquadCP is a passion project, not a commercial business. We may offer an optional way to make a voluntary donation in support of ongoing development and hosting costs.
Donations are voluntary gifts, not purchases. They do not entitle you to any product, service, feature, perk, priority support, or whitelist benefit, and they are non-refundable. Payments are handled by a third-party donation provider under their own terms; SquadCP never receives or stores your payment details.
